Dental Brothers Give Back During Hopefest Phoenix 2014

The city of Phoenix, Arizona has a huge heart, and one organization that demonstrates this compassion for the less fortunate is CityServe Arizona. CityServe Arizona is an organization that networks hundreds of individuals, organizations, and churches to get help to people who need it most in Phoenix and the surrounding area. One big upcoming event that is hosted by CityServe Arizona is HopeFest Phoenix. This event provides a broad range of services for the needy. Over 2000 volunteers from 150 organizations are offering their talents and skills to provide food, medical care, clothing, housing, haircuts, and personal care for people who are in extreme need for no charge. Amazingly, HopeFest Phoenix 2014 also provides for the dental care needs of uninsured individuals in the community. Last year, over 100 dental procedures were performed, and over 200 children received fluoride treatments for no charge. This year, HopeFest plans to continue the tradition of providing for all of needy people’s health needs, including their dental care.

Dental Brothers are Serving the Community at Hope Fest 2014

Dr. Tal Gafni is joining hundreds of other volunteers at Chase Field to provide for the needs of the underprivileged. Dental care, health care, haircuts, housing assistance, food, employment assistance, and educational opportunities will be given to those in need free of charge.

Profiles in Dental Service

The Dental Brothers are proud to take part of this amazing event. Our very own, Dr. Tal Gafni, is taking a full day away from his family to volunteer at HopeFest Phoenix. Ordinarily on a lovely, spring Saturday, Dr. Gafni enjoys the outdoors with his wife and son. However, Dr. Gafni’s true passion is helping people. “I have chosen to volunteer and provide free dental care,” said Dr. Gafni. “I believe that one responsibility of medical providers is to use our acquired skills and do our part for the community we live in. HopeFest is one channel that allows me to do so. I am very proud to live in a city that provides these services. It might not be enough, but it’s a great start.”

It Is All About the Dentist-Patient Relationships

Dr. Tal Gafni practices in Mesa, Arizona, with his brother, Dr. Dan Gafni. They established Dental Brothers a year ago and have already made significant difference in their community. The Gafni brothers share a relationship outside the office, and relationships are what sets their practice apart from many other dentist offices. Dr. Gafni is glad to partner with CityServe Arizona and HopeFest Phoenix 2014 to provide for those in need. Some of the services patients can expect when attending HopeFest will include:

All of these services will be offered to HopeFest Phoenix attendees free of charge. Event Details The organizers of HopeFest Phoenix 2014 and all of the volunteers that are participating hope to make a real difference in the lives of thousands of people this spring. The fun begins on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 9 a.m. at Chase Field, 401 East Jefferson Street, Phoenix, Arizona. Activities and services will continue until 2 p.m.
